Frazier has been the Editor of the Cleveland Call & Post and the Cleveland City News. He is also the author of the non-fiction work, From Behind The Wall, a collection of essays on prison issues. Frazier focuses on developing solutions to the problems facing minorities in the criminal justice system, with a particular emphasis on the emerging field of re-entry of prisoners into society, an area in which Frazier is a noted writer and lecturer.
